All subscriptions and digital products are delivered electronically and are considered used once activated.
Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:
• Duplicate payments made by a customer.
• A subscription cannot be activated due to a fault on our side.
• A technical issue prevents delivery of the purchased service.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
No refunds will be issued for:
• Activated subscriptions that have been successfully delivered.
• Customer device compatibility issues.
• Customer preference changes after purchase.
• Failure to use the service after activation.
